We’re looking for ambitious, target-driven Recruitment Consultants who want to step into a warm, revenue-generating desk, earn exceptional commission, and build a long-term career in a highly lucrative sector — no prior Life Sciences experience required.

Based in our central Horsham office, this is an opportunity to join a consultancy that invests heavily in its people and provides the tools to succeed.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of a 360 warm desk, partnering with global Life Sciences organisations to deliver critical hires.

You will:

• Manage and grow a warm desk with live vacancies and established clients
• Develop new business and long-term client relationships
• Headhunt and engage senior-level talent globally within the Life Sciences market
• Deliver strategic recruitment solutions by deeply understanding client and candidate needs
• Place candidates into highly specialised, niche roles
• Stay ahead of market trends and sector growth
