Are you passionate about sustainability and responsible business? We’re supporting a prestigious law firm to recruit a Responsible Business Manager, initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in driving the firm’s responsible business strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives. This includes sustainability reporting, ESG risk management, and embedding responsible business principles across procurement and operations. You’ll also lead the production of the annual Sustainability Report and manage a Responsible Business Adviser.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and evolve the responsible business strategy.
• Lead sustainability reporting and client responses.
• Embed ESG considerations into procurement and supplier management.
• Support strategic projects, including AI ethics and employee engagement.

About You

• Proven experience in responsible business within a law firm
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Salary will be circa £80,000 depending on experience, plus Full Benefits.
