What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the engine behind high‑impact reward delivery for private‑sector clients across industries.

You will:

• Lead and deliver Total Reward and job evaluation projects
• Review and analyse grading structures, pay frameworks, and external market data
• Help design reward strategies that balance competitiveness, cost, and culture
• Translate complex analysis into clear client recommendations
• Partner closely with colleagues in Work & Career Architecture, Organisation Design, and broader consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions

What You Bring

You’re someone who understands how reward shapes performance — and you know how to bring that insight to life.

We’re looking for:

• Experience in Total Reward, compensation, or reward consulting
• Strong data literacy: Excel, benchmarking, modelling, analysis
• The ability to simplify complex reward concepts for non‑experts
• Experience either in consulting OR in‑house reward roles
• Curiosity, credibility, and confidence with senior stakeholders
