LONDON – HYBRID
We’re looking for an experienced Research Manager (Analytics) to play a key role in advancing analytical capability within a fast-growing insights and research team. This role focuses on delivering robust, innovative quantitative analysis that goes beyond surface-level data to uncover meaningful insight.
You’ll lead complex analytical workstreams, contribute to end-to-end research projects, and help shape best practice across modelling, segmentation, and automation. This is an opportunity to have real influence over how analytics is done, while working across a wide range of sectors and research challenges.
This role is predominantly office-based (four days per week).
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver advanced statistical analysis including segmentation, factor reduction and regression modelling
- Develop and embed best-practice analytical standards and processes
- Automate recurring analytical tasks, particularly for trackers and long-running projects
- Independently manage end-to-end research and insight projects (primarily quantitative, with some mixed-methods exposure)
- Contribute to proposals, tenders and research design
- Collaborate closely with researchers, analysts and technical teams to turn data into insight
YOUR SKILLS:
- 3+ years’ experience in analytics and/or research using survey data
- Hands-on experience running statistical analyses such as factor analysis, segmentation/cluster analysis, and multi-level or mixed-effects regression
- Strong exploratory data analysis skills and curiosity for uncovering patterns in data
- Extensive experience working with survey data, including cleaning, merging, weighting and data preparation
- Proficiency in R or Python for analysis and data visualisation
- Experience using both frequentist and Bayesian approaches
- Understanding of the full market research project lifecycle
- Experience working with large or publicly available datasets
