Are you an experienced leader in the Moving and Removals industry looking for a change?


We're currently working with a successful Removals company based in Edinburgh who are looking to take on a new Removals Branch Manager.


If you can:

  • Oversee multiple departments and ensure that KPIs are being tracked and standards are being met.
  • Seek out new business development opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure full health and safety policy and procedure compliance across departments.
  • Take responsibility for all staff hiring, interviewing and training.
  • Visit network events and meet with clients.
  • Oversee all financials and credit control.
  • Collaborate and meet with other Branch Managers to discuss the nationwide market and strategies.


And you have:

  • Strong management experience in the removals or logistics sector.
  • Great knowledge of both residential and commercial moving processes and services.
  • Experience managing P&L and budgeting.
  • Effective communication and leadership techniques and experience.
