An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top tier US firm for a real estate paralegal focusing on commercial real estate transactions.


The Firm

The firm is growing quickly and is highly ranked in funds, corporate M&A and private equity. They are growing a number of the areas and real estate is a key area for them.


The Role

This is an exciting real estate paralegal role as it is working with the firms most prestigious clients who have mixed use property portfolios. Therefore you can look forward to gaining a range of experience with acquisitions, lettings and disposals. Day to day you will work closely with an associate and a partner and can look forward to:


  • Preparing licences
  • Preparing leases
  • Reviewing titles
  • Drafting contracts
  • Conducting searches
  • Managing the post completion process including land registry applications and SDLT
  • Legal research


The Requirements

Excellent academics are essential, such as A's and B's at A Level, a 2.1 from a top tier university and ideally the LPC or SQE.


At least 6 months experience in commercial property is required, ideally at a US or Magic Circle firm.
