The role in a nutshell
You’ll look after a portfolio of high‑profile Corporate clients, typically with premiums of £100,000 and above, acting as the trusted technical backbone to the client relationship.
You won’t be firefighting all day. You’ll be empowered to work properly. To think. To advise. To build long‑term relationships. To deliver the level of service you’re proud to put your name against.
Your day will include:
- Supporting complex Corporate clients across their commercial insurance programmes
- Providing first‑class, responsive and proactive service
- Managing renewals, mid‑term adjustments and policy documentation with precision
- Working closely with Account Executives and insurers to design smart, tailored solutions
- Being a trusted technical sounding board for clients and colleagues alike

- Experience supporting Corporate clients in a commercial insurance environment
- Solid technical grounding across commercial lines
- Cert CII (or a genuine commitment to completing it)
- A natural desire to deliver outstanding service
- Confidence using technology and systems (Acturis experience is a bonus, not a barrier)
- Someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and manages their workload with pride
