Leading International Property Developer - Senior Interior Designer - paying up to £55,000 - London - ASAP Start

A key new role within this award winning developer, you'll join an multilayered team of 8 within marketing and work closely alongside another Interior Designer, the focus will be on spec design, S&M suites, amenity spaces, communal spaces etc, not just residential interior design

Key Responsibilities And Requirements For This Role:

• Design Oversight: Provide design oversight, including architectural performance, furniture/finishes/equipment, and branding.
• Project Management: Manage interior architecture and ff&eprojects,ensuring clients are effectively and proactively managed from initial brief through to completion.
• Technical Skills:Highly Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and other relevant design software is essential for creating detailed design plans and visualizations.
• Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to be sure to innovate design processes, explore new trends, and implement creative solutions that elevate the quality and uniqueness of interior design projects.
