Ebeebiebby is a UK digital creator brand with 250K+ followers across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

We create commentary, lifestyle, and culture-driven content reaching millions of viewers — and we’re now building a professional media and partnership arm.

We’re looking for a Head of Talent Partnerships & Brand Development to build both our outbound brand outreach and inbound deal pipeline from the ground up.

• Lead proactive outreach to brands, PR firms, agencies, and advertisers.
• Pitch collaborations, negotiate terms, and close paid campaigns.
• Design the media kit, pitch decks, and contact systems that attract inbound opportunities.
• Build relationships, track results, and set up repeatable workflows.
• Help expand the roster by identifying future talent opportunities.

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships.
• Proven success driving both outbound and inbound deal flow.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-through.
• Confident with Canva or other creative tools for media materials.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to build, not just manage.

• Flexible remote setup and direct collaboration with Ebeebiebby.
• Transparent pay: retainer + commission on each paid campaign.
