Some roles open because something’s gone wrong.

Not the case here.

The workload has grown and consequently, there are two seats at the table for experienced Mechanical Estimators who want to be busy for the right reasons.

This is an established M&E contractor with a strong pipeline across student accommodation, care homes, luxury apartments and hotels - typically £10m–£50m schemes. Proper projects, properly resourced, with an estimating team at the core of the wider business.

You will be office-based in Northamptonshire, working closely with the Estimating Director and the wider pre-construction team. This isn’t a remote, siloed estimating role - it’s hands-on, collaborative, and very much part of the engine room of the business.

Our client is open to somebody starting immediately, but but more than anything, they are looking for the right people - estimators who are comfortable working on complex mechanical packages, can see a job through properly, and value being part of a stable, growing team rather than firefighting in isolation.
