Planning Manager - New Build Housing

East Mids/hybrid

Upto £75,000 + Bonus + Excellent benefits

This is a role for a Planning professional who wants more influence, more trust, and better-quality schemes — without the noise and bureaucracy.

You’ll be joining a growing residential developer where planning is genuinely valued. You’ll have ownership of your sites, early involvement in land decisions, and a real say in shaping planning strategy across the region.

The Role

• Lead planning strategy across multiple residential developments
• Manage planning applications, reserved matters and amendments
• Support land bids with planning insight and risk assessment
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and consultants

Skills and Experience

• Experience in residential planning (developer, housebuilder or consultancy)
• A practical, commercially aware approach to securing consent
• Someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy and seeing schemes through
