About The Opportunity

You will be responsible for all aspects of the LPA warehouse facility, in particular the delivery of the lighting orders for our clients’ projects, working closely with the Project Coordination Team, delivering single site projects, as well as multi-site rollouts across multiple sectors, in the UK & EMEA region.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Picking, packing and despatching of orders in a timely manner
  • Fulfilling sales orders in system (Netsuite)
  • Receiving stock, performing quality and count checks, and processing in system
  • Monitoring stock levels in 3PL and of regularly used items and informing Projects Team stocks are low and ready to purchase.
  • Obtaining quotations, and booking, relevant transport for deliveries including all documentation across EMEA.
  • Liaising with 3PL provider in Spain to ensure stock is received, booked in and picked and packed for despatch accurately.
  • Undertaking works orders (modification of stock) as directed, physically and reflecting in system, supervised by the relevant Project Coordinator and the Technical Coordinator
  • Preparation of samples for clients and Sales colleagues
  • Participating in stock take activity
  • Handle all freight forwarding and customs documentation requirements for goods, both inbound and outbound in a cost-effective manner
  • Supporting in procurement activities
  • Perform product reworks (ie. Chip and driver changes etc.)
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and well organised
  • Opportunity to travel to sites across UK & Europe to assist with aiming services

Some key skills you will bring include time management, attention to detail, communication, both written and verbal and the ability to juggle competing tasks.


Whilst there is no specific requirement, prior lighting or electrical knowledge will be greatly valued and well regarded.


This role may occasionally require you to travel across UK & Europe.
