Fire Design Lead – Tier 1 Contractor

We’re working with a major Tier 1 construction business to appoint a Fire Design Lead, based in London.

This is a senior technical role with real influence across complex, high-value projects, working closely with design, construction and building safety teams to shape compliant, buildable fire strategies from early stage through delivery.

Key points:

• London-based role within a Tier 1 contractor

• Salary £100,000 – £115,000

• Car allowance + full benefits package

• IFE qualification essential
