The Role:

An excellent opportunity to join a well-established global medical ventilation manufacturer as a Clinical Sales Specialist, covering the North of the UK (from Staffordshire to the Scottish border). This role focuses on the promotion and management of Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV) and Sleep products across NHS hospitals and respiratory clinics.

You will work closely with Key Opinion Leaders, including lead clinicians, sleep therapists, senior nurse consultants, heads of sleep services and respiratory teams. The portfolio includes a full range of NIV and sleep products, including a flagship market-leading system used in homecare settings following hospital initiation.

As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle: driving product adoption, delivering clinical demonstrations, supporting installations, and maintaining long-term relationships throughout the lifecycle of each account. You will be part of a small but ambitious and growing UK team, replicating the significant market share success already achieved across Europe.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Non-Invasive Ventilation or Sleep sales
• OR Clinical experience within sleep or respiratory departments (physician, nurse or therapist background)
• Strong understanding of sleep and/or respiratory care from a clinical or commercial perspective
• Confidence engaging senior clinical stakeholders and influencing clinical practice
• A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach to territory management
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package for Clinical Sales Specialist:

• £50,000–£60,000 basic salary

• 20% annual bonus

• £9,600 pa car allowance

• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
