£65,000–£75,000 + 10% Bonus

We’re hiring an Electronics Manager to lead a talented team of 10 engineers product-led environment.

This is a genuine leadership role.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Lead, coach, and develop a team of electronics & embedded engineers

✅ Drive technical excellence and compliance

✅ Work closely with product, quality, and commercial teams

✅ Oversee development from concept to production

✅ Improve systems, processes, and performance

What We’re Looking For

✔ 2+ years’ experience managing electronics teams

✔ Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or similar)

✔ Strong embedded systems background

✔ Confident communicator and people leader
