HSEQ & Compliance Coordinator


Company Overview

PRS Recruitment are partnered with a growing Facilities Management and Building Services contractor delivering Hard FM and capital project works across commercial, education, healthcare, and other high-compliance environments.


The Role

We are seeking a HSEQ & Compliance Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery and administration of HSEQ systems across our FM and Projects divisions. This is a developmental role, ideal for a graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in Health & Safety and compliance, who is looking to build a long-term career and progress into a senior HSEQ position.


Key Responsibilities


Health & Safety

  • Support the preparation, review and control of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

Quality & Compliance

  • Maintain training matrices, compliance registers and certification records

Environmental

  • Maintain environmental compliance records
  • Support sustainability and waste management initiatives as required

Operational Support

  • Work with Contract Managers and site teams to promote safe working practices
  • Support contract mobilisation and project start-up activities
  • Assist with tender submissions and client compliance documentation
  • Attend site visits across London and the South East


Desirable

  • Degree or qualification in Health & Safety, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
  • Exposure to construction, facilities management or engineering environments


Training & Development

  • Structured onboarding and mentoring
  • Support towards NEBOSH qualifications and professional memberships
  • Clear progression pathway towards HSEQ Advisor / Manager roles
