What You’ll Do

You’ll help clients rethink the foundations of their organisations by creating clear, scalable, future‑ready structures.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead job architecture and career framework projects with impact
  • Analyse roles and work to shape meaningful job families, levels and pathways
  • Run engaging workshops that help clients bring frameworks to life
  • Support clients in applying career & work frameworks to real business decisions
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Reward and Organisation Design to deliver integrated solutions


You won’t just build frameworks — you’ll build clarity, capability and confidence for organisations evolving at speed.


What You Bring

You’re someone who loves making sense of complexity and creating structure that lasts.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

  • Experience in Work & Career Architecture, job architecture or career frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Credibility and confidence in conversations with HR and business leaders
  • Consulting experience or equivalent in‑house expertise
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to shape the future of careers
