Position Overview


Join us as a Technical Presales Consultant and be the key technical driver for our Heat Pump sales across the UK, Ireland, Nordics & Benelux. You'll architect compelling solutions, inspire clients with expert demos, and empower teams through training. Leverage your expertise to shape customer success and grow with us in this dynamic, field-based role.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
  2. Support the sales cycle from initial contact through to contract closure.
  3. Engage with prospective clients to understand technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  4. Work closely with product and engineering teams to align solution offerings with market needs.
  5. Develop and present customized technical proposals and demonstrations.
  6. Prepare technical documentation, including RFP/RFI responses and solution architectures.
  7. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations.
  8. Conduct technical trainings and workshops for clients and internal teams.


Requirements


  1. Bachelor's degree or higher
  2. 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting role.
  3. Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales cycles in technology/software industry.
  4. Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) required for technical documentation and client communication.
  5. Excellent presentation, demonstration, and whiteboarding skills.
  6. Experience in preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution designs.
