What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and grow a £600k+ portfolio across new and existing financial services clients
- Lead consultative conversations to design tailored learning programmes with in-house experts
- Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing
- Influence strategic direction through market insight and client feedback
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in consultative B2B sales, ideally in learning or financial services
- Strong ability to open doors, build trust, and convert interest into long-term client relationships
- Excellent written communication and pitch writing skills
- Commercial drive with the ability to work autonomously and to revenue targets
