Liquidation.store specialises in purchasing excess stock to prevent waste and reduce landfill. We offer directly to consumers through flash sales with discounts of up to 90%. Our business model ensures products are sold quickly, as once the stock is gone, it is gone. We are committed to sustainability and delivering exceptional value to our customers.


Based in Erith, Kent. Expectation is 2-3 days office based initially.


Role

We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive online growth through paid acquisition, website optimisation, and data-led decision making. You’ll own performance across key digital channels while continuously improving the customer journey and conversion rates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise paid acquisition channels (e.g. Google Ads, paid social, affiliates) to drive profitable growth
  • Lead website optimisation initiatives, focusing on CRO, UX, and on-site performance
  • Analyse customer behaviour and performance using Google Analytics and other insights tools
  • Develop and execute website growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to implement tests and improvements
  • Work closely with the operations team to improve business operational efficiency.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in an e-commerce digital performance role
  • Strong understanding of paid media, CRO, UX best practices, and A/B testing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to spot and execute on opportunities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and performance reporting


Qualifications

  • A track record of successful performance marketing with scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Experience in sales and e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales conversions
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and their application in digital channels
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities


Remuneration:

£45-55k depending on experience
