Reports to: Head of Sales / Commercial Director

Start date: ASAP (2024/2025/2026 Graduates)

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS + AI consultancy helping enterprise organisations modernise how they operate using AI-enabled platforms, workflow automation, and data-driven optimisation.

They work with well-known enterprise SaaS ecosystems across areas like HR, service delivery, workflow orchestration, analytics, and automation, supporting customers through:

  • Platform transformation and rollout programmes
  • AI and automation use-case discovery
  • Process redesign and change adoption
  • Ongoing optimisation and value realisation

What You’ll Be Selling (in plain English)

You’ll help open doors into mid-market and enterprise accounts for conversations around:

  • AI-enabled workflow automation (reducing manual work, speeding up decisions)
  • Operational transformation using SaaS platforms (streamlining processes end-to-end)
  • AI adoption in the enterprise (use cases, readiness, value cases, governance)
  • Modernisation programmes that combine people + process + platform

The Opportunity

This is an ideal entry point into consultative B2B sales for a commercially driven graduate who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities.

As a Graduate SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll research accounts, run multi-channel outreach (phone/email/LinkedIn), qualify interest, and book meetings.

You’ll learn how enterprise buying works (multiple stakeholders, longer cycles), how to run structured discovery, and how to create pipeline in a high-growth environment—with a clear route into Business Development / Account Executive roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting across target accounts (calls, email, LinkedIn, events)
  • Research organisations and stakeholders: map decision-makers, priorities, initiatives, budgets, and “trigger events” (e.g., transformation programmes, AI adoption drives, platform changes)
  • Write tailored outreach that resonates with senior business + IT stakeholders (COO, CIO, CHRO, Transformation, Ops, IT, Data leaders)
  • Run first conversations: qualify pain points, current tooling, AI/automation maturity, timelines, stakeholders, and next steps
  • Book and confirm high-quality meetings for Account Executives / Sales Leads
  • Manage inbound enquiries: fast response, qualification, and routing
  • Keep CRM accurate (activity, notes, stages, next actions, contact/account data hygiene)
  • Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, lead lists, and experimentation (what’s landing vs what isn’t)
  • Track performance against activity and pipeline targets—iterate quickly and build repeatable habits

Skills and Experience Required

  • Degree educated (any discipline — Business, Economics, Psychology, STEM, Geography, etc.)
  • Strong interest in a commercial career (sales, partnerships, account management, growth)
  • Confident communicator with a professional tone (written + verbal)
  • Resilient and comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
  • Organised and consistent—able to manage follow-ups and daily activity targets
  • Curious mindset: enjoys asking good questions and learning fast (especially around AI + SaaS value propositions)
  • Internship/placement/part-time experience in sales, customer success, consulting, recruitment
  • Interest in ERP, AI, automation, workflow platforms, digital transformation, enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with sales tools: Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, etc.
  • Comfortable talking about outcomes like ROI, efficiency, time saved, adoption, and change (you’ll be trained on this)

What’s on Offer

  • A structured graduate route into enterprise consultative SaaS + AI sales
  • Training and coaching from experienced sales leaders
  • Clear progression into Business Development / Account Executive roles
  • Hybrid working travel to SW Greater London as needed (2/3 days per week)
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
