Operations Manager
Audiosocket is looking for a Operations Manager
Job description
Audiosocket is a music-first company built by people who genuinely care about creators, culture, and craft. We power music licensing for storytellers across film, TV, advertising, gaming, and digital media—while fiercely supporting the artists behind the music.
Audiosocket is a remote-first company, designed for flexibility, focus, and trust. Our team works from wherever they do their best work, collaborating across time zones with clarity, autonomy, and respect. We believe great work doesn’t require a shared office—it requires shared values.
What makes Audiosocket a great place to work is our balance of creative energy and operational excellence. We move fast, take ownership, and continuously improve, while maintaining a supportive, people-centered culture. Team members are encouraged to think independently, contribute ideas, and grow alongside the company.
At Audiosocket, you’ll find a team that hustles with intention, communicates openly, and genuinely enjoys building something meaningful together—without sacrificing flexibility, balance, or humanity.
