Corporate Associate / Senior Associate | 4–8 PQE | Manchester | Up to £105k + Excellent Benefits

A top‑tier national law firm is expanding its Manchester corporate team and is looking for a high‑calibre Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to play a key role in its continued growth. With serious investment in its regional platform and a strong national profile, this is a standout opportunity for a corporate lawyer ready to take the next step.

You’ll work on high‑value, high‑quality corporate matters for an impressive client base including entrepreneurs, family‑owned businesses, private equity investors and established corporates. The workload is broad and engaging, covering:

• M&A transactions
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements, joint ventures and investments
• Corporate governance and ongoing advisory work

• England & Wales qualified Corporate Solicitor
• Strong transactional experience and commercial instincts
