Development Surveyor up to Senior level

Cobalt Recruitment is looking for a Development Surveyor up to Senior level

Job description

Looking for broader project exposure, closer access to senior decision-makers, and work that genuinely influences major London developments? This is an opportunity to grow your development consultancy career within a high-performing London team advising on some of the capital’s most complex regeneration and development projects.

You’ll join a well-established Development Consultancy team based in London, following a sustained increase in workload across both public and private sector clients. The role offers hands-on involvement across viability, regeneration, feasibility, S106/CIL, development agency and residential valuation work.

The team is open on level and can accommodate surveyors from around 18 months’ experience through to established MRICS professionals. You’ll work closely with engaged Directors, gain early responsibility, and develop strong technical and client-facing experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This is a role designed to accelerate progression - ideal if you want meaningful client exposure rather than narrow, process-driven work.
