Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise, supporting sales efforts, and building lasting customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, proposing tailored solutions, offering product demonstrations, and addressing technical enquiries. The role also entails collaborating with sales and technical teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction and successful project execution.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales to understand client requirements and present technical solutions effectively. Min 2 years experience
  • Strong Technical Support skills for troubleshooting and solving product-related issues
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and provide exceptional support
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in the filtration or related industry would be preferable
