INFLUENCER & GIFTING – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and culturally-aware individual with some experience in influencer marketing, PR or communications to join tpf’s growing Influencer & Gifting team.
This role sits at the heart of tpf’s influencer, creator and gifting activity, supporting high-profile clients across television, entertainment, sport and lifestyle. The successful candidate will work across influencer strategy, creator partnerships, product seeding, content creation and campaign reporting, while also supporting the wider publicity and social teams.

Overview of the Role
This is a key role within the Influencer & Gifting team and an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in creators, social media and culture to develop hands-on experience in influencer marketing, talent gifting and campaign execution.
The role combines creative thinking with strong organisational skills and offers exposure to end-to-end influencer campaigns — from strategy and talent sourcing through to execution, content amplification and reporting.
The successful candidate will be smart, organised, enthusiastic and detail-driven, and will thrive in an energetic and collaborative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer & Gifting Campaign Support
- Support the planning and delivery of influencer and gifting campaigns across multiple clients
- Research, identify and recommend relevant creators, influencers and talent aligned to campaign objectives
- Assist with influencer outreach, negotiations, briefing and relationship management
- Coordinate product seeding and gifting activity, including logistics, tracking and follow-ups
- Support paid and organic influencer partnerships where required
- Ensure all influencer activity aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
2. Content & Social Media
- Support influencer briefing to ensure high-quality, on-brand content creation
- Monitor influencer content output and performance across platforms
- Assist with content amplification strategies across client and agency social channels
- Contribute ideas for creative influencer-led content and gifting activations
- Help manage and create content for agency social media channels as required
3. Reporting & Analysis
- Track influencer and gifting activity, including content delivery, reach, engagement and coverage
- Compile campaign reports and post-campaign evaluations
- Maintain up-to-date influencer databases, gifting trackers and performance logs
- Monitor trends, emerging creators and platform developments
4. Client & Team Support
- Interface with client teams on the day-to-day running of influencer and gifting campaigns
- Support the preparation of campaign proposals, presentations and influencer strategies
- Assist with budget tracking for influencer and gifting activity
- Participate in brainstorms for new briefs and pitches
- Work alongside publicity, social and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns
5. Administration & Agency Support
- Maintain organised records of influencer activity, contracts and approvals
- Support weekly status reports and internal meetings
- Assist in the general running of the office and wider team activity as required
Key Attributes
· Some experience in influencer marketing, PR, communications or social media preferred
· Strong understanding of influencer culture, creators and social media platforms
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Creative thinker with a good eye for content
· Confident working to deadlines and managing multiple projects
· Comfortable building relationships with influencers, talent and external partners
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva, video editing tools) beneficial but not essential
· A strong interest in TV, entertainment, sport and popular culture
Hybrid Working
