Technical Recruiter – IT (360)

The Role
This is a true 360 Technical Recruiter position, offering immediate exposure to a warm, active desk with a strong volume of live roles from day one. You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, supported by established processes, experienced leadership, and a respected brand name that genuinely helps you win business.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruiting across IT and technology roles
- Proactive sourcing of high-quality technical candidates
- Managing and growing client relationships within the IT market
- Working multiple live roles from day one across contract and permanent hiring
- Delivering high-quality placements while maintaining strong candidate experience
About You
- Background as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, ideally in a 360 role
- Strong understanding of IT markets and technical skill sets
- Proven ability to manage a busy, delivery-focused desk
- Commercially driven, confident, and motivated by results
- Comfortable working in a performance-led environment
