The Opportunity


Head of Sales – Premium Consumer Products

West Midlands (Hybrid, 1–2 days on site)

£50-60k + Car + Excellent Bonus & Benefits


I am supporting a long‑established international consumer business as it strengthens its UK commercial team and builds a toy division. The company has a portfolio of premium products across toys, nursery and gifting, and is now looking for a Head of Sales to lead growth across national retail, online channels and the independent sector.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys opening new doors, building retailer relationships and shaping a clear, commercially led sales plan for the UK market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and grow national retail relationships
  • Secure new premium, lifestyle, gifting and online partners
  • Shape and refine the UK product range from a wider global portfolio
  • Lead and develop a team of 5 sales agents
  • Build a structured approach to forecasting, pricing and promotional planning
  • Work closely with a collaborative senior leadership team


Ideal Candidate:


  • Experience managing national retail customers within consumer goods
  • Proven success in opening new accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong commercial understanding and confidence presenting to buying teams
  • A proactive, positive and engaging approach
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive, close‑knit team
