** Specification Manager – North London / Home Counties**

Looking for a role where you can influence projects from concept to completion? We’re recruiting a Project Specification Manager to work at the heart of the construction and built-environment sector.

In this role, you’ll partner with architects, designers, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders to secure product specifications that turn into real commercial success. You’ll manage projects through the design and delivery stages, promote sustainability-led solutions, and play a key role in growing specification-driven revenue.

Package

Base salary up to £60,000

25% bonus (OTE £75,000)

Company car or £6,000 car allowance

Private healthcare

25 days holiday + bank holidays

What you’ll be doing

✔ Building strong relationships with specifiers and influencers

✔ Securing and converting product specifications into value

✔ Promoting sustainability, product, and service advantages

✔ Managing opportunities and accounts through a CRM system

✔ Delivering CPDs and technical presentations

✔ Collaborating with internal teams to deliver shared goals

What do I need?

Experience in specification-led or construction-related sales

Understanding of the design and build process (RIBA stages)

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Commercially minded with a value-led sales approach

Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
