♂⚡ National Account Manager | High-Growth Wellness Brand | London (Hybrid)


£50-70k basic + 20% bonus + monthly wellness contributions ££ + enhanced heath and pension



Are you a National Account Manager who lives and breathes sport, fitness, and wellness?


One of the UK’s fastest-growing functional D2C wellness brands is scaling rapidly across grocery retail, and they’re looking for a commercially sharp NAM to help drive the next phase of growth.


This is a brand built around performance, hydration, and helping people operate at their best, now winning major retail listings and building serious momentum.


What you’ll own:

• Key national grocery accounts (full P&L responsibility)

• JBPs, promotions & commercial planning

• Distribution & NPD launches

• Turning category insight into compelling retail stories

• Helping move the brand from supplier → strategic partner


Who this suits:

• 3–5 years FMCG commercial experience

• Genuine ownership of national accounts

• Competitive mindset, high energy

• Personally into sport, training, or wellness

• Thrives in fast-growth, “build it as we scale” environments


Central London | Hybrid (2–3 days office)
