BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a leading provider of digital products and services in the iGaming industry, to find a skilled Sales Development Representative to join their fast-paced team in London (on a hybrid basis).


Responsibilities:

  • Own all inbound and outbound lead generation and initial outreach.
  • Drive sales opportunities across the business in partnership with the Head of Sales.
  • Identify and develop new clients and markets within lottery, casino, and sports betting sectors.
  • Build, manage, and report on a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare and present clear sales reports to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Conduct discovery calls, create tailored sales propositions, and support project handover to delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales databases, prospect knowledge systems, and ongoing outreach (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Support all sales and new business initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
  • Comply with and support the implementation and maintenance of ISO27001 ISMS requirements.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or new business development.
  • Strong research skills to identify and qualify prospects and market opportunities.
  • Confident presenter with the ability to analyse data and deliver clear insights.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and achieve short- and long-term sales targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills across all channels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical problem-solver with a proactive, optimistic, and growth-oriented mindset.
