Location: Greater London (3 days a week in office)


  • £50,000 – £58,000 Basic Salary

ROLE OVERVIEW:


This National Account Manager – OOH role sits within the Out of Home channel and reports directly to the Channel Director. The role has a strong foodservice bias but spans a broader route-to-market than traditional wholesale alone.


You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key OOH customers while actively driving new business opportunities across foodservice and adjacent OOH sectors. This could include Contract Catering, Regional Wholesale, Travel, Leisure, QSR, and other relevant OOH environments.


A genuine drive to win, develop, and grow new business will be critical to success in this role.

  • Lead, manage, and grow strategic OOH and foodservice accounts across a broader RTM footprint
  • Build strong customer relationships and develop joint business plans aligned to commercial objectives
  • Proactively identify, win, and convert new business opportunities within OOH
  • Deliver annual business plans to drive sustainable and profitable growth
  • Manage trade investment effectively and assess promotional ROI
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver both customer and wider business objectives


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager within branded FMCG
  • Experience across OOH channels, with a strong grounding in foodservice
  • Exposure to wider OOH environments such as Contract Catering, QSR, Travel, Leisure, or Regional Wholesale is highly desirable
  • Demonstrable track record of winning and developing new business
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and account performance
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • A driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at all levels
