The Role

As a Construction Recruiter, you will manage a warm desk with active roles from day one, covering a range of construction positions across Essex and surrounding areas. This role offers a mix of delivery and relationship management, with the opportunity to grow your own desk over time.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end recruiting across construction roles
• Proactive sourcing of trades, site, and professional construction candidates
• Managing client relationships and supporting ongoing hiring needs
• Delivering temporary placement, contract recruitment, and permanent placement solutions
• Coordinating interviews, offers, and placements
• Maintaining strong candidate and client relationships

About You

• Experience as a Construction Recruiter or within construction-focused recruitment
• Knowledge of local construction markets across Essex
• Comfortable managing multiple live roles and priorities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated by results, earnings, and long-term progression
