Specification Sales Manager – Street Furniture

Area to be covered: London & Large South East (will go after projects nationally)

Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on exp) + bonus

Benefits: car allowance + benefits package

The role of Specification Sales Manager –Street Furniture will involve:

• Specification sales position promoting a manufactured range of street furniture products
• Majority of your time will be spent generating specifications via landscape architects, specifiers & local authorities
• The remaining portion will be spent selling to landscape contractors and main & sub-contractors
• For a range of project sectors for example: residential, education, health care and retail
• Marjory of your time will be spent in the South however will go after projects Nationally

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Street Furniture with:

• Must have specification sales experience
• Ideally selling street furniture or heavyside building materials
• Ideally have a black book of contacts however not essential
• Would consider other products sold into landscape architects & contractors
• IT literate
