Flourish is looking for a Junior Account Manager (HF1315632)

Job description

Junior Account Manager - Software £32k Base + £12k OTE (£44k Year 1) - Full Training

Join a company whose product is the #1 developer tool in its category globally, trusted by 90% of the FTSE 500 and responsible for £35m+ revenue built almost entirely through inbound demand.

With a new product suite launching and major investment in customer growth, we’re expanding our Account Management function - and this is the perfect entry‑level role for someone who loves nurturing relationships and supporting customers.

If you want a people‑focused role in a fast‑scaling tech business (without the corporate vibe), keep reading.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and nurture a large portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Guide customers through renewals, expansions, and general support queries
  • Build strong relationships via email and phone—warm conversations, not cold sales
  • Identify genuine upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through natural relationship‑building
  • Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in Salesforce
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Ops
  • Create simple territory plans and account maps for key clients
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and customer needs (full training included)

What You’ll Bring

  • A warm, empathetic communication style
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence speaking to customers and solving problems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Interest in tech/software

What You’ll Get

  • £32k base + £12k OTE (realistic, not inflated)
  • Comprehensive onboarding + ongoing customer success and product training
  • A supportive, non‑corporate team culture
  • Career progression into senior CS, account management, renewals, or sales
  • Experience working with global enterprise customers
  • A role in a business with huge momentum and future growth

You’re not joining a chaotic start up or a slow corporate.

You’re joining a market leader with a decade of strong inbound demand - and you’ll be part of the team that deepens those relationships as the company scales fast.

It’s a people‑centric role with big learning opportunities and genuine impact.

If you’re ready to start a career in tech with a company on the rise - apply now.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
