Project Manager – HVAC / MEP
Location: Office / Site
Sector: Safety‑Critical Infrastructure

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex HVAC and specialist ventilation projects within safety‑critical environments. You’ll take full ownership of scope, programme, quality, cost and client management, overseeing projects from tender through to on‑site delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, procurement, construction & commissioning
• Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, quality and regulatory compliance
• Control programme performance, reporting, risk, and project milestones
• Oversee subcontractors, procurement and commercial processes (payments, variations, change control)
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and represent the project in senior meetings

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering HVAC/MEP projects
• Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework & electrical installations
• Experience managing subcontractors and fast‑paced programmes
• Knowledge of NEC contracts (preferred)
• SMSTS/IOSH or similar safety qualification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
