We’re looking for a recent grad with 1 year+ professional experience who’s sharp, curious, and committed to building a successful career in a high-growth firm.

You will:

• Learn how organisations hire, organisations deliver complex projects and the specialist skills required to build high-performing teams
• Immerse yourself in hands-on work from day one
• Contribute early to live client projects and work directly with senior team members
• Develop sharp communication, assessment, and commercial insight
• Gain broad exposure across the three core areas of our business to accelerate and maximise learning

The role:

• Engage with specialist candidates and assess their capability and fit for project teams
• Support live client projects across financial services, legal, and insurance
• Build and grow talent communities that can be utilised and deployed for future project needs
• Research and analyse markets to identify trends and opportunities and inform resourcing decisions
• Learn directly from experienced consultants to understand what high-quality work looks like
