Benefits: Discretionary bonus, private medical, pension & life assurance, cycle to work scheme, employee assistance programme, structured onboarding & career development

About the Company:

A global insurance leader with a specialist team supporting Crisis Management and Terrorism risks. This firm’s UK Client Service Delivery function has evolved, focused solely on complex risk. You’ll join a trusted technical team embedded in a high-stakes environment, where speed, precision, and trust are essential.

Role Summary:

This UK-based role focuses entirely on specialist, high-touch broker support. You’ll be the technical right hand to brokers placing terrorism and crisis-related risks - working on accounts that require deep attention to detail and steady handling. It’s a niche, respected space where subject matter expertise is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical processing support across terrorism and crisis management risks: Maintain documentation accuracy
  • Liaise with brokers handling sensitive and often time-critical global placements: Be their go-to technical partner
  • Manage complex queries post-placement: Troubleshoot and resolve independently
  • Collaborate with offshore processing teams and internal stakeholders: Ensure smooth workflow across teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in documentation and internal process: Raise the bar for delivery
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and technical updates: Stay sharp, stay current

Requirements:

  • Experience in broking support, client service delivery or technical processing within specialty insurance
  • Exposure to terrorism, crisis management, or complex risk advantageous
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Calm and confident under pressure with clear communication
  • Comfortable managing complex cases independently
  • Process-focused and systems-literate

If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team - we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
