Growth Account Executive - Software £50,000 base + £35,000 OTE (uncapped)

The Role

Manage and grow a warm portfolio of 200+ existing customers. You’ll lead renewals, uncover expansion opportunities, and grow revenue through smart upsell/cross‑sell. You’ll own your pipeline, build strong relationships, and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Ops.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive renewals and reduce churn
  • Grow accounts through targeted expansion plays
  • Maintain a clean, accurate Salesforce pipeline
  • Prioritise high‑impact opportunities
  • Share customer insights to shape product direction


What You Bring

  • 2-3 years Sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling
  • Commercial instincts + excellent pipeline discipline
  • Hybrid: 3 days in Central London
