What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Prior experience in HR administration, people operations, and office coordination
  • Exposure to learning and development, ideally across multiple regions or countries
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience working with HRIS, LMS and digital people systems
  • Comfortable supporting stakeholders across different time zones and cultural contexts

What We Offer:

  • Hybrid working conditions (3:2)
  • Competitive salary and benefits including Mental Health Leave, and health insurance.
  • Career growth opportunities with senior leadership exposure
  • Be part of the fast-growing prop-tech sector focused on sustainability
