The Role:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and people‑focused People Operations Coordinator to support HR operations, learning and development, and workplace experience for our growing global team.
Based in our London office, this role is a key point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring HR processes run smoothly while contributing to global people initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong organisational skills, discretion, and a genuine interest in people operations within an international environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records
- Manage the LMS and induction schedules while supporting development planning and career mapping initiatives in collaboration with the People Partner.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries and office‑related requests
- Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS and support people reporting
- Assist with global HR projects, system implementations, and process improvements
- Support leave management, benefits administration, and HR documentation
- Coordinate workplace experience and office operations, including vendors, visitors, and facilities support
- Partner closely with People & Culture, Finance, IT, and Business Support teams across regions
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in HR administration, people operations, and office coordination
- Exposure to learning and development, ideally across multiple regions or countries
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and proven ability to handle confidential information
- Experience working with HRIS, LMS and digital people systems
- Comfortable supporting stakeholders across different time zones and cultural contexts
