Stonehaven Consulting is hiring a Senior Analyst / Consultant to join our growing strategy consulting team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2+ years of strategy consulting experience who enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with senior leaders, and growing quickly in a collaborative, people-first environment.

The Role

You will work closely with senior clients and firm leadership on complex strategic engagements—owning core analyses, shaping problem-solving approaches, and translating data into clear, executive-level recommendations. You will work in close-knit teams operating at a high standard, with direct exposure to senior decision-makers and real influence on outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Structure and execute rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Build financial models, market sizing, and competitive assessments
• Synthesize insights into concise, executive-ready narratives
• Support projects end-to-end, from hypothesis to senior presentations
• Collaborate directly with partners and mentor junior team members

What We Look For

• At least 2 years of experience in strategy consulting or a closely related advisory role
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting commercial strategy, M&A, or diligence work
• Clear communication skills and comfort engaging senior stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset and strong growth orientation
