My client, a fantastic technology company based in Cambridge, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their Account-Based Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with senior decision-makers across safety-critical sectors and play a key role in the success of an innovative product within a supportive, hybrid working environment.

Key duties will include:

• Developing tailored outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone and events
• Researching target organisations to understand their goals and challenges
• Building strong relationships by identifying customer needs and pain points
• Qualifying prospects and arranging meetings and demos for Account Managers
• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
• Assisting with marketing campaigns, webinars and industry events

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A structured and organised approach to managing workload
• Confidence engaging with senior-level stakeholders
• Strong motivation, resilience and a target-driven mindset
