Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a high-growth, global premium brand to appoint a Senior eCommerce Commercial Manager based in the UK. This is a pivotal role driving the success of their UK digital growth strategy.

The Opportunity:

As this premium brand scales internationally, they need a Senior eCommerce Commercial Manager to lead their UK digital growth. You’ll shape strategy across DTC and marketplace channels, driving top-line revenue and delivering commercial impact in a fast-evolving market.

Responsibilities:

• Own UK eCommerce performance (DTC & Amazon)
• Lead sales strategies, pricing, promotions, and assortment
• Develop new revenue streams and optimize customer journeys
• Build strategic partnerships and business development opportunities
• Own channel P&L and align cross-functional teams
• Use data to inform decisions, drive KPIs, and unlock growth

Key Skills:

• 5–7 years in eCommerce, commercial or GM roles
• Proven success scaling brands in new markets
• Deep digital retail experience (Amazon, DTC)
• Strong commercial and P&L ownership
• Data-driven, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
