£45,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Training + Holiday + Pensions

This would suit someone with strong leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment who is looking to take ownership of a busy site and drive performance.

The Role:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, workflow, and output

• Lead and support production teams, driving performance and maintaining high standards

• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all production activities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased productivity

The Person:

• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong leadership and team management background

• Understanding of quality, safety, and continuous improvement principles
