Role Profile:


  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for cloud, data and AI consulting services across the UK.
  • Identify, qualify and close new business while building and maintaining a strong pipeline via proactive outreach, warm introductions, partner activity and events.
  • Lead the full consulting sales cycle, including discovery, solution shaping, proposals, SOW creation, negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure solutions and roadmaps meet client needs.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities to expand value and deepen relationships.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, insights and performance reporting to senior leadership, contributing to a high performing sales culture.
  • Operate effectively in a hybrid working model with UK wide client travel and periodic attendance at the head office.

Person Specification:


  • Demonstrated experience in B2B technology or consulting sales with proven success selling Azure, cloud or data focused consulting services.
  • Strong grasp of cloud architecture and data fundamentals, able to translate complex customer challenges into clear consulting solutions.
  • Experienced working with UK mid market and enterprise customers and confident managing the full end to end sales lifecycle independently.
  • Credible communicator at senior stakeholder level with a consultative, insight led approach to building relationships.
  • Target driven, commercially aware, creative in solving client problems and adaptable to changing customer needs.
