What You’ll Be Doing


  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the UK, expanding our customer base and market share
  • Champion our Net Zero Consultancy and integrated energy management solutions, positioning us as a trusted sustainability partner
  • Deliver persuasive pitches of our innovative offerings - including the funded MY ZEERO platform and reverse auction technology - to senior decision-makers
  • Build, nurture, and manage a robust pipeline of high-value prospects through proactive outreach and relationship-driven engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored, commercially compelling strategies and proposals
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and conferences to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records, ensuring transparency across pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Report directly to the Sales Director, consistently driving toward ambitious quarterly and annual growth targets



What We’re Looking For


  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth through Energy Management and sustainability solutions
  • In-depth expertise in the UK energy supply, procurement, and regulatory landscape
  • Consistently secure new business by delivering high-value, commercially sound proposals that maximise client ROI
  • Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
  • Dynamic communicator with persuasive presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with strong organisation and time-management abilities
  • Experienced in both cold outreach and strategic, relationship-based selling
  • Target-driven and growth-oriented, eager to expand responsibilities as the business scales
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
