Territory Manager - Orthodontics (Scotland & Northumberland)


We’re seeking a commercially focused Territory Manager to drive growth across Scotland and the Northumberland region, supporting a fixed orthodontics portfolio and clear aligner solutions.


The Role

You will take full ownership of sales performance within your territory, increasing revenue and margins through a mix of partner management and new business development. This is a field-based position focused on building long-term relationships with orthodontic specialists, decision-makers and tender groups.


You’ll actively uncover new opportunities via distribution partners, tenders and creative market-entry strategies, while also contributing to customer and peer training initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop sales across Scotland and Northumberland region
  • Build trusted relationships with orthodontists and key stakeholders
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new customers
  • Share product updates and collect market feedback
  • Support tenders and regional growth initiatives
  • Deliver product training to customers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity
  • Track competitor activity and escalate customer issues where needed


About You

  • 3+ year's experience in the orthodontic or dental industry
  • Strong relationship builder with a growth mindset
  • Target-driven and comfortable working independently
  • Field-based 50–70% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
  • Full UK driving licence required
