It replaces fragmented Excel-based workflows with a secure, role-based system that delivers real-time visibility into facility performance, borrowing base metrics, interest tracking, covenant compliance and loan history.
Built by fund finance specialists for fund finance users, Infinitas drives operational efficiency, transparency and collaboration, making it easier for stakeholders to manage complex portfolios and unlock value across their books.
About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Lead to join our growing Infinitas team. As one of the founding members of our sales function, you'll report into our CTO and work directly with leadership and the product team, owning the full sales cycle while shaping our go-to-market strategy, sales processes, and product positioning.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 2 years working in or selling to private markets. While experience matters, we are particularly interested in candidates who are independent, self-starting, and comfortable building in an environment without established playbooks. You'll be creating the foundation - not following one.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in FinTech, financial services software, or related enterprise SaaS
- Demonstrated track record of building and closing pipelines in excess of $500K+ annually
- Strong understanding of financial markets and ambition to learn more. Any fund finance, private debt or fund administration experience is welcomed but not required
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in an early-stage, ambiguous environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Strong ethical standards and a high level of professional integrity, with a commitment to building trusted, long-term client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a founder or as an early sales hire at a growth-stage company
- Background selling portfolio management, fund accounting, or workflow tools to GPs
- Existing relationships with GPs, fund administrators, or fund finance decision-makers
- Experience in Fund Finance
Location & Work
Based in London with regular travel to client meetings and industry events required.
