Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with strong client services expertise to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative production projects across multiple channels and markets. This role requires a blend of operational excellence, creative production knowledge, and client-facing confidence to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.


The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between clients, internal creative/production teams, and external partners, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and trust throughout the project lifecycle.


Key responsibilities

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day client lead on multiple accounts
  • Ensure clear communication, proactive updates, and consistent relationship management is delivered
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective creative production solutions
  • Build long-term trust with clients by providing strategic guidance and reliable delivery


Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project management from scoping and budgeting through to delivery and post-project review
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Drive operational efficiency through consistent processes, tools, and reporting


Creative Production Oversight

  • Collaborate closely with creative, design, production, and post-production teams to ensure outputs meet client expectations and brand guidelines
  • Manage multi-market adaptation, localisation, and versioning projects across film, print, digital, and experiential formats
  • Oversee quality control at all stages of production


Commercial Management

  • Own project budgets, ensuring accurate scoping, weekly / monthly forecasting, and financial management
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expanded services in partnership with business development leads


Leadership and Team Collaboration

  • Mentor junior project managers and coordinators, fostering best practice in client service and delivery management
  • Champion collaboration across internal teams and external suppliers / partners


Job qualifications

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in account/project management within a creative production, marketing production, or advertising environment
  • Strong client services background, with experience managing senior-level stakeholders and building trusted partnerships
  • Solid understanding of creative production processes (film, digital, print, or integrated campaigns)
  • Excellent project planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong financial acumen: able to scope, manage, and reconcile project budgets whilst managing client expectations to ensure there are no surprises
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Negotiation skills, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
