We’re looking for a commercial heavy hitter to lead our Grocery strategy. We’re not just looking for someone to manage a spreadsheet- we are looking for a National Account Manager who can win the hearts of buyers and the baskets of millions.

The Mission

You will:

• Own the Top Tier: Manage and grow key relationships with major UK supermarket buyers.
• Drive Distribution: Secure new listings and expand our range within existing accounts.
• Master the P&L: Manage promotional spend, trade investment, and JBPs to ensure profitable growth.
• Category Influence: Use data to tell a compelling story
• Collaborate: Work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure our retail launches are flawless.

Requirements

Grocery Pedigree: You have a proven track record of managing National Accounts in the UK Grocery sector (FMCG food/drink experience is essential).

Analytical & Bold: You can dive deep into the data but aren't afraid to trust your gut and take a calculated risk.

Exceptional Negotiator: You know how to navigate the complexities of retail margins and promotional cycles.
